I hate every single thing about these cars. I dislike everything from the design, to engineering, to (in general) the people who drive them (no offense if you own one, I've just never met someone who drove an Aveo who cared at all about their cars... or life).

I knew a really nice person who drove an Aveo. Her daughter wrecked it and she replaced it with a $20 Volvo 740 Turbo.

You can hoon the everloving motherfuck out of these. My wife owns one, and while my xB handles like a kart, her Aveo is similar to a motorized skateboard (high five Seth Rogen).
Besides that, it's a DD car. It gets okay gas mileage.
Really, it's very rarely the car that is at fault.

I think you got it all wrong. These cars are the definition of disposable. A car you wouldn't feel bad banging up or destroying.
I'd love to take one, chop off the doors, give it a RWD conversion, a lift kit, and a LS engine. So much WTF it'll be hilarious!
But yeah, as a normal car, utter shite. :)

No, the Yugo was the worst car ever. The lanos should have been an okay eco box. it just had too many little things wrong with it to achieve even that.
